Upon signing with my self as your Buyer’s agent I will provide you with my Private Client System. From there you will receive listings that are broker loaded before they hit MLS giving you a time advantage from those merely browsing the Realtor.ca website.
My Private Client System will all you receive listings that match only your price and feature requirements. So if you want a 2 bedroom rancher under $250,000 you will only receive listings in that category.
You will also be able to track listings for price changes, sales and other activity.
Once you have found homes of interest I will arrange for a private viewing for each one and if there are any you wish to purchase I will aid you in writing the offer and the entire purchase process.
